By accepting this quotation, the Client confirms their intention to appoint EAGLE WINGS CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDERS as their preferred business setup and corporate service partner for the proposed services. Acceptance of the quotation, payment of the initial service fee, or submission of required documents shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Client agrees to engage EAGLE WINGS CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDERS exclusively for the services mentioned in this quotation. The Client shall not directly approach, negotiate with, or appoint any third party, government authority representative, free zone representative, or alternative service provider for the same scope of work after receiving consultation, recommendations, quotations, or assistance from Eagle Wings. Any business setup structure, licensing solution, free zone recommendation, pricing information, process guidance, or advisory shared by Eagle Wings is considered confidential business information developed for the Client and shall not be used to complete the same transaction through another party.
The consultancy and service fees quoted by Eagle Wings are applicable only for the scope of services mentioned in this quotation. These fees cover professional assistance, coordination, documentation support, application processing, and communication with relevant authorities. Government fees, third-party charges, external approvals, additional requirements, penalties, amendments, and unforeseen expenses (if any) shall be borne separately by the Client unless specifically mentioned in writing.
The Client agrees to settle payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Processing of applications, submissions, and service commencement shall begin only after receipt of the required payment and complete documentation. All payments made towards professional fees, consultation, processing, and administrative services are non-refundable once the service process has commenced.
Eagle Wings shall provide professional assistance and coordinate with relevant authorities; however, final approval, rejection, processing timelines, and requirements remain subject to the decisions and regulations of government authorities, free zones, banks, immigration departments, and other relevant entities. Eagle Wings shall not be held responsible for delays caused by government procedures, regulatory changes, compliance requirements, or circumstances beyond its control.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid information and documents. Any delay, rejection, additional cost, or cancellation arising due to incorrect information, missing documents, non-disclosure, or compliance issues shall be the responsibility of the Client.
Eagle Wings may provide assistance and guidance for corporate bank account opening; however, approval of any bank account remains solely at the discretion of the respective banking institution. Eagle Wings does not guarantee bank approval unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Visa issuance, approvals, renewals, and immigration decisions are subject to government regulations, security checks, medical fitness requirements, and immigration authority approval. Eagle Wings acts as a professional facilitator and does not control final government decisions.
Any changes in government regulations, licensing requirements, immigration rules, taxes, or official fees after issuance of this quotation may result in additional charges, which shall be communicated to and payable by the Client.
This quotation is valid for the period mentioned in the proposal. Government fees, promotional offers, and service charges may change after the validity period.
The Client acknowledges that Eagle Wings invests significant professional resources in providing consultation, market analysis, business structure recommendations, and setup solutions. The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality and respect the professional relationship established with Eagle Wings.
If the Client decides to discontinue the engagement after commencement of services, any completed work, professional fees, government charges, and third-party payments shall remain payable and non-refundable.
In case the Client requests a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for release of their file, records, or services from EAGLE WINGS CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDERS’ portal and jurisdiction, an administrative fee of AED 10,000 shall be applicable. The NOC will be issued only after clearance of all outstanding payments and completion of all pending obligations with Eagle Wings.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
